Children are loved and valued at Gethsemane!

Each Sunday morning, children ages 3 through 5th grade are invited to Sunday School in the Mothers' Day Out building from 9:15am-10:15am.  They begin each Sunday with singing and then move to age appropriate classes. 

Children under 3 are always welcome to visit and stay in the church nursery located in the main hallway of the church.  The nursery is staffed each Sunday morning during both services and Sunday School by adults and young people who love children and enjoy playing with them.

VBS is held each summer at Gethsemane for one week as a way for children to learn more about Jesus and to have fun doing it!

Each fall the Sunday School children and Jr. High youth begin preparing for the children's Christmas program.  Last year's program was Christmas in Reverse by Kathi Hill with Meloday Morris.  Rehearsal for the 2007 Christmas program will begin in September 2007.
